Third day of drinking only coffee and water and I am feeling great! my digestion is better combined with my portion control. The former me used to just snack and eat mindlessly to where I was having seconds and thirds with just about every meal. It's early at this stage to report any measurements, but going by how I feel tells me that I'm on the right track!
