I walked 4.3 kms for a feel good day and had lost a lb but I had over done it and my hip was so bad that I could hardly walk. So just lazying around and eating junk done me in. I am my own worst enemy. Over and over again when I start feeling good I will sabotage myself.

I'm not a happy camper. It's not two steps forward,One step back. For me its one step forward and two steps back. I have to find some will power somewhere or I'm not going be here.
