Garden work today, picking greens to cook for lunch. Went to the store to buy pork roast for Easter dinner. Bought two cadbury carmel eggs: ate one, gave other to hubby. Grandson was here, helping hubby tear down a 70 year old garage. Hubby has been working at that slowly for about a month. Baked keto apples for lunch, with fresh greens, asparagus wrapped in bacon, kielbasa turkey sausage, potatoes for the men. Made a keto chocolate mousse pie for Sunday. Had some filling left over so added coconut water to it and made a smoothie to go with my supper cottage cheese with baked apples and blueberries. Was a busy day with cooking, shopping, gardening, laundry.

My garden is producing asparagus, onions, Swiss chard, kale, mustard, turnips, radishes, lettuce. English peas are blooming and potatoes, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, herbs are growing. Hopefully we are past last frost. Ready to transplant tomatoes and cucumbers. Irises and roses are blooming. Happy days!!

Finally, back down to under 170! Not much, but encouraging anyway. I have added some prebiotic and probiotics to my daily routine. It is happening! I am not having as many cravings, and my appetite is more easily satisfied. It also helps that my garden is producing greens and asparagus, so much that I can't keep up with the produce. Yay!!

My breakfast is usually just a cup of keto coffee with coconut milk and unsweetened cocoa. Today's lunch, with another cup of keto mocha, was leftover asparagus and leftover kale/swiss chard cooked with the tomato soup I froze last year. I baked almond flax seed bread last week, It was too crumbly without egg in it, so I crumbled some of it into my soup. Yumm! Instead of leftovers, next time that will be "planned overs." Tonight it will be my supper.

Weather has been too uncertain for walking lately, but I am usually out gardening most days, so getting exercise that way. Need to get back to my arm exercises with weights as I watch evening news. Dropping below 170 makes me more energetic!
