Hey, Bruce, I am cancelling for tomorrow Wed 01/20/16. We had to leave work early last night due to no management staying so we could complete our work. So, I will be going in early tomorrow and staying late to finish todays and all of tomorrows work. Sorry. If you need to call me call 270-852-5911 that is my desk number at work. If I don't answer you can leave a message, it is my direct line. Sorry, but I will see you next week. I think we already scheduled for Thursday at 515'ish.

Knee pain in back of knee. Only lasted 13 mins, no bike.

09/13/15-Lots of yard work at Mom's. Weedeated the side yard, pulled weekds moved statues around. Raked up pulled weeds, etc. Swept out curbs, blow off drive and patio. Trimmed out front yard. Worked from 12 or so until about 4 pm.
09/12/15 - Went to Scarefest. It may not be exercise in the gym, but we walked a ton. Feet and back were very sore when we left. No place to sit unless we left the convention and went to the food court. So, we were constantly moving. We were there for 5 hours.
09/11/15 - Weedeated most of my yard. Cleaned out part of carport and moved things around and stacked boxes, etc. inside garage. Cleaned out corner for tools, rakes, etc to be placed.
09/10/15 - Climbed up on roof to try to clean out gutters. Roof too hot. Didn't last long. Climbing up and back over and back down the antenna ladder was enough exercise.

Chest press - 45 lbs. 27 reps
Lat pull down - 35 lbs. 30 reps
Cardio - elliptical 2 incline/1 resistance 1:20 time
Jack knives - body wt. 20 reps
Trunk rotations with 4 lb ball 20 reps
Bicep curls using floor machine. 20 lbs 10 reps and 10 lbs 4 reps
Tricep ext using floor machine 25 lbs. 27 reps
Cardio - Bike - resistance 9 2 mins 141 heart rate
Leg lifts on floor using body weight 30 but took a couple of breaks
Box squats with 10 lb wt. 20 reps
Stability ball crunches with 4 lb ball - 20 reps
