I exercised for 30 minutes on the elliptical. Varying my resistance every one minute. I went from a 3 to an 11...next week bump if from a 3 to a 13!! YAY ME!!

Weigh-in: 238.0 lb

Well...Hello All!!! My Name is Tausha and I am 35 and weight 240lbs. I am notonly trying to lose weight but be a healthy individual. I know I can do this! I have been going to the gym 6 days a week for three weeks and have lost 4 lbs. I hope the weight keeps coming off.
