Well I'm up a little more. But I guess it could be a lot worst, considering I have had my period for the last 3 weeks and this week is the heaviest so far, along with my appetite. I'm not use to being hungry so much and I'm having troubles saying "no" to a lot of food that I normally wouldn't eat. It’s getting frustrating!

I know it could be a lot worse, I mean some girls fluctuate like 10 pounds when they have their monthly friend, so I'm not going to complain too much, it's just my appetite that is really irritating me this week.

Also on Monday night when I was doing my weight training at the gym I hurt myself really bad. I must have pulled something or pinched something but the outcome was the worst headache I have ever had. I knew right away when I did it too. I was in the middle of a set working on my chest and I got a crazy sharp pain from my shoulder right up through my neck and into my head, the pain pounded so hard in my head that I had to drop the weights and stop right in mid lift. I stopped working on my arms right after that and just did some work on my legs for a while, but then I was feeling better and I went back to lift with my arms. I was doing the pull down bar working on my arms and back and it happened again, this time it didn't go away and I had to stop working out all together.

I went home and went straight to bed with the worst headache I have ever had and slept from 7:30 right threw till my alarm went off the next morning at 5:30. When I woke up in the morning the headache was still there! That has never happened to me before. So work yesterday was not fun at all, probably one of the worse days ever.

I left work early and went to see my massage therapist and she worked on my back, neck and head for a straight hour. She said that I was stupid tight and that I have to come back in a week because I was too tight for her to be able to get all my knots and kinks out in one treatment without aggravating my muscles even more than they already were. So i'll go back and see her again next week for another beating.

Today my headache is GONE, thank god! I really couldn't have taken another day like yesterday. Is it normal to get really stupid sore after a massage? Like my muscles are so sore I can't even put my bra straps up on my shoulders or carry my purse on my shoulder. My muscles do get sore like this every time I get a massage, maybe I'm just a suck? It's just that no one else I know complains about being this sore after a massage, so I wonder if it's normal (or maybe I just like to complain more than everyone else???)

Anyways, sore muscles and cramps, no big deal I can handle that. They say that pain makes you stronger, doesn't it? LOL.

Well thanks for listening to me vent. Have a great day!!
