I consumed 78% of my RDI today, the day i actually recorded everything i ate! and exceeded my calories burned by 500 calories, im eating for almost 2 of me... i see this, my brain sees this, my pants recognise this too.... so why oh why can i not get my motivation back????
summer must start so i can eat salad again. this wind and cold is not helping my plight in any way!!

HOLY CRAP!! I just saw a reflection of myself as I walked past the workshop window!! I swear every extra kg im carrying is in my ass and belly!!! I look like one of those native Kalahari ladies, minus the BOOBS!! No man!! I REALLY need to cut out the crap in my diet! Run more, do some weights! Drink more water less coffee, tea and wine!!

my 1 hour of running didnt even cover the calories of my crunch burger i just INHALED!! no motivation in the LEAST!! still waiting for that miracle cure / pill where i wake up fit and thinner!
