Dear Journal,
OMG! I cant believe how good im doing. I started a New Year Resolution on January 3th. This one is for real. I've been doing wonderful! I'm really proud of myself. I finally took all the sugar from my diet and also eating super healthy. I start my morning with a cup of tea with splenda (gave it up my coffee for now, because I just cant stand coffee with artificial sweetners). I can drink with just milk, but for now im trying to avoid dairy products. Then about 8:30am I have one slice of a whole wheat toast with an egg white omelet with some left over veggies from the night before (asparagus,spinach or whatever veggies i have). I also go to the gym and do 30 min cardio on a treadmill and some weight lifting after. There is no turning back! This is it! I'll definitely go back to my old weight of 125-130 lbs. Today I also saw this new book called "The 17 Day Diet" on tv on The Doctors Show. I ordered online! Excited to see the recipes it has. :)

Dear Journal,
I just wrote to you but i guess I've lost the page. Somehow it disappeared. Well, anyway, I'm ready for my challenge of 25 lbs by January 31. I have books, magazines, printed out pages,etc, to follow a 1000-1200 cal daily. You know i'm not good in figure it out what to eat. I'm ready! I'll keep you posted.. byes! Oh also gym everyday.
