Dear Journal,
I just wrote to you but i guess I've lost the page. Somehow it disappeared. Well, anyway, I'm ready for my challenge of 25 lbs by January 31. I have books, magazines, printed out pages,etc, to follow a 1000-1200 cal daily. You know i'm not good in figure it out what to eat. I'm ready! I'll keep you posted.. byes! Oh also gym everyday.
