I'm starting the GI diet on March 4th and looking forward to it. spending this week getting rid of some foods that I don't want to waste like chicken and hamburg and to prepare my kids for the upcoming weeks, make up my new grocery list with my GI books and a menu plan. After reading the book..it's makes so much sense. I know it will be hard sometimes but I have lots of support and now I found this website so that's cool.
