Yaah! Down another pound. I was getting a little frustrated with my water weight bouncing around so much.
I followed a workout based on my gym's recommendations for fat burning.
15 minute cardio warm up
40 minutes Stregnth (pumpin iron baby)
20 minutes Cardio - keeping HR steady up around 150 (for me)
15 minutes Core exercises
10 minutes Stretch out.
Go home - eat Protein to replenish (beef roast, potato and some fake crab).
All in all I spent almost two hours at gym. I also woke not so sore and stiff, which is great!
I spoke with one of the personal trainers, and she explained how strength training between cardio will actually excel fat burning. That's awesome! Lets stick with this routine for a month and see what happens :)

So I went from my 239 (morning weigh in) down to 237 (after dinner) and back down to 234 this morning. I knew my weight was water.
I am up naturally 1 lb (like i said, guessing muscle)
After resting yesterday, I feel much better and don't hurt everywhere. I got out of bed and was able to walk downstairs without being in pain in my feet and legs.
I am also officially down to size 18 from size 20 :) I'm down two inches in my chest... i went from size 40c to 38c woot!) but I'll do my proper weigh in on saturday and see then.
Next goal, size 16!
I had the BEST dinner last night - I was looking for fresh fish but couldn't find any in store that cost less than $10, so used Battered cod. One large piece worked out great for two fish tacos.
I made my own Pico de Gallo with Tomatoes, red onions, garlic, cilantro, cumin, lime and pepper (no salt needed, it was delish!). Then took some light mayo and mixed it with some old bay and cayenne and lime for the "sauce". Used some coleslaw mix (without dressing) and voila, the tastiest homemade fish tacos I have ever had!

So I've been told by one of my co-workers (She studied in Nutrition before she became a Financial Advisor) that I am pushing myself TOO hard too fast - which is why I'm causing myself injuries, stiffness and soreness. She said this may also be why my snacking is going a little crazy too, I'm reaching for the bad stuff and retaining so much water.
She said
Never ever ever
SKIP a snack or meal (3 meals, and 3 snacks a day - healthy snacks of course)
She also also told me that I need to take a day off in between my big workouts (I usually spend 2 - 2.5 hours at gym 3 days a week) to recover (this means bumping down my 3K walks/day to a 1K walks) - do a 3K walk ONE day a week instead, and do 1 K's walks the other days until my body is USED to it, then work up from there.
Apparently I'm putting too much strain on my body for the size I am.
I'm going to find some good Running shoes for my outside walking during my lunch break (apparently there's a HUGE difference between outdoor shoes and indoor shoes for exercise, I never knew!)
I'm hoping it's not going to cost me over $100.
In the meantime, I'm up again to 239 lbs. Yet my clothes feel looser. Going to guess that's a combination of water weight and some muscle gain (also still being visited by AF)
Feeling a littled worn down and sad - so going to listen to my Hypnosis CD tonight after little man is in bed (boyfriend is starting nights again at work, or else he would watch him).

You know I had a good journal all typed out, hit send and got an "Sorry we faced an unexpected error". So now I gotta type it again.
And I know it's not going to be NEARLY as witty as it was before. I almost just wanna say "Bugger it" lol.
Anyways - had no kids this weekend, so we went to see Star Wars 3D (first 3D movie for boyfriend and he LOVED it). Ate lots of popcorn... paid for it.
Sunday, woke up and we tackled our room - it was so cluttered and sorely needed picking through for clothing - as a man, my boyfriend was ashamed to admit he had 10X more clothes that I did!. I now understand my daughters meaning when she said "you tell ME to clean MY room, but what about YOURS?". Little brat. At least mine wasn't NEARLY as bad as hers LOL.
So 6 garbage bags full of (very nice and most top of the line) clothes later our room is now clean and tidy and looks almost empty!. Hauling the clothes to Value Village (along with a few boxes of kitchenware we organized from the basement last week) on the way to gym tonight.
During the day yesterday, I ate an apple for breakfast, a cup of coffee... then tackled some homemade wine. It wasn't until dinner time when I realized I drank two bottles of wine and ate about 5 cups of the theatre popcorn left over. I ate a chicken breast, three chicken wings and salad for dinner (the chicken was grilled on bbq).
So I woke up this morning to 4 lbs of water weight from all the sodium... and feel like crap, doesn't help I'm also bloated from TOM. I should have known better.. but hey when the kids aren't around - sometimes you gotta take advantage of it... but now I'm paying dearly.
Made sure to get in my 3k walk this morning (thank goodness the rain finally stopped). Now I gotta drink a gallon of water to flush out this sodium that's making me feel so blah!
My weight was 233.2 on Saturday, so I'm using that for my weigh in, as i know this morning's weight was not true.
