Have done 2 days of the 30 day shred...what a workout!! I am LOVING this one!! I went to bed both nights terrified of how much pain I was going to be in the next day - but imagine my surprise...NO PAIN!!! I can totally feel what I have done...my muscles are not exactly happy with me for making them work when they haven't in soooo long...but no real pain.
I would highly recommend this workout to EVERYONE who want a highly intense workout that doesn't take all day. I never would have guessed that 20 minutes could do so much!!!
Keep Strong everyone...It is so worth the effort!!

Can someone answer a question for me? I just looked at my weight history and the last two weigh ins have a different color on the graph. I can't find an explanation for the colors anywhere! I would just like to know if it means something. Thanks for any help!

So last night I finally got to start my new workout. I had bought the 30 Day Shred DVD, but the DVD player died. My 16 year old offered up his playstation so I could play the DVD!! (he is absolutely amazing sometimes...keeps cheering me on in my weight loss journey!!)
Anyway - all I can say is...WOW! What a workout!! I had read about it...even read from people who had just started using it...but I kept thinking "it's only 20 minutes, I can do that no problem"! WELL...I am here to say OMG!! While I don't HURT this morning, I can definitely feel that I have done something...my poor muscles are STILL "shaky"(that is the best description I can come up with!) and I can feel it everywhere!! It is a good feeling though - and I am actually (almost) looking forward to doing it again this afternoon!!
My motivation has once again returned for a visit! Although it is still cold outside - at the moment the sun is shining. This is supposed to be a very dreary week, so I know the mood will swing like crazy, but it feels good to have that motivation back.
Well, time to get to work to gt my daily chores done so I can do my workout this afternoon!!
