So, as usual I got off track - only this time instead of yearS...it has only been One year...but I have gotten back into stride, and lost 6.5 pounds in my first week (I know it is just from not filling my face ALL NIGHT EVERY NIGHT) and it has given me great inspiration to continue. I even went to a retirement party on Friday night, and did not even have a drink or a snack!! I was SOOO proud of myself when I got home!! It is, after all, the little things that matter most, and while that is a small victory - it FEELS HUGE!! My biggest challenge now is staying OFF the scale and trying to just weigh in once a week. I think I can, but if not - hopefully I don't cave every single day and become a slave to that damn thing again!!
