Kinda discouraged this morning. I went up a few pounds now back down to 164. I’m sore from exercising. I think there’s a small change but wanted to see it in my weight too. I’m determined so of course I’ll keep going.

I’ve upped my Zumba intensity but can only do every other day, that way my sore muscles have a day to rest. I can tell a slight change in my strength but not so much in my weight.
