Well I have come to the realization that I can’t exercise this week and I’m good with that. I starting helping my husband about 3 months ago doing hardwood floors but there’s only so much I can do! 2 days ago my husband finally trusted me to use the sanding edger to get up the trim where his big sander can’t get to. I’m sitting on a stool and I’m stopped over using that 40lb sander to get all the old finish off and Well doing that for the last 2 days has exhausted me!!! I’ve worked muscles I probably have never worked! I’m exhausted and sore so I’m thinking that’s a type of exercise!! I love being able to learn something new and able to help hubby get a job done but hoping I can get the rest done today. It’s a huge house. Probably explains why I want to eat a bag of chips from burning calories or that’s what I’m hoping lol
