I feel like this week was a good week, including the weekend thus far. I was so sleepy last night I didn't weigh in so I will make sure I do a weigh in this evening and update my weight if any change. I certainly feel thinner, lol. I am not only on a food diet but a financial one so I'm proud to say for the last 2 weeks I haven't eaten lunch out (for work, I was eating out way too much)! I have been working on not eating out period this month, since last month was Christmas and this month is my boyfriend's birthday, so money is a little tight. 2 more weeks to go, I think I can do it!! Weigh in later, about to get in a morning workout, later secret....

I'm going to make today a good day!! Got to!! I will also weigh in today *fingers crossed* - first documented weigh-in... I think I'll actually get off this computer now and get in a good work out so there's no excuse. Wish me luck!!

Idk if I recorded a bad weight or if I lost a little before starting or my Wii fit balance board is off, lol. But it registered my weight around 185 instead of the 193... I had been to the doctor in December and they weighed me slightly above 190, so hmmm. I'm going to weigh myself at work since we have the kind of scale they use in doctor's offices (or used to use with the new ones they have out now). Anywho, I did a Wii fit workout tonight and while its a mild workout, I feel good. I hope to keep it up! My head hurt so bad last night I didn't do my crunches or squats or lunges. I am going to do them tonight though because I feel good =)!!
