Well today was day one of my diet and exercise. I didn't start the diet I intended, I want to try and watch what I eat on my own first and if I don't get the results I think I should then I'll go to a more standardized diet. I still have to get some exercising in, crunches and squats before the night is over.... but that has to wait until I get this little one to bed. This is going to be rough, I'm tired and have a headache! Hopefully I'll get some kind of workout in, even if it is just crunches or squats *sigh*..

Although I am mentally preparing to start a healthier lifestyle and don't plan to just sit around until my start date this Saturday, I like to have easy record keeping dates ;-). I am not the best at following and sticking to diets, the one I've chosen is the one I like best for me and I've seen it work. I may modify it slightly but I am looking forward to having my family and friends support to keep me on track, as this is not an easy process. Wish me luck =)!!!

Okay, so its less than 24 hour to the date I'd like to start dieting and working out. I know I'll get some exercising in but the diet, I'm not so sure about since I still have to go grocery shopping, UGH!! No worries, because I'll just make sure not to eat too unhealthy and will definitely be on track by Monday because nothing's going to stop me from getting my groceries this weekend =). Just gotta decide what type of exercising I'll start with tomorrow.... maybe some Wii Fit, yeah that sounds good. ~Staying focused~
