Weight loosing is like Sisyphus carry a stone to the top of t he mountain.
The stone is so easy to roll down to the bottom. It is hard to loose weight and maintain the slim body fit, but it is so easy to gain weight again.
But I know that I can reach the top of mountain and stay there forever.
