How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every morning, before food or drink. There is so much discouraging info out there, about becoming obsessed however I like to keep tabs on my weight. And it seems to work for me. I do go up and down but its about getting to know your body as well. There are days when I don't bother but generally everyday. Don't listen to everyone else. Do what suits you.
