Oh man .... had the weekend off work and failed epically at my diet however... I did not put on weight. I am actually down 1/2 lb.
I am going to go to the gym today and drink 9 glasses of water. We will see how I stick to these two. And I am going to type up a list of the 15 items for the Mayo Diet. So I have a clear understanding of them and can start working on them tomorrow. And on Wednesday I will start my diet.

I did not meet all my goals yesterday but I did pretty well over all,
I drank 7 glasses of water
I cut up fruit and vegatables and put them in packages that were 2 servings each.
I did eat some fruit and vegtables. Not as much as I should but some.
I did not got out to eat at all yesterday. YAY!!!
I read my ARC once at a scheduled time.
Today:
Read ARC at 2 schedule times and at least one other time.
Come up with ARC for sitting down at the table.
Eat 4 servings each of fruit and vegtables.
Drink 8 glasses of water.
Exercise for 30 mins.
Sit down when eating all day.
NO EATING OUT ALL DAY!!!!
