Anybody doing Insanity???

Hi Nimm...It actually was not expensive at all. My husband is over seas and gets it from the pharmacy for the equivalent of $18 US...As for being a placebo, you may be right but if it is and tricking ones brain into believing they can push through works then I am willing to try it. Those same studies couldn't prove it DID NOT work or that it was dangerous/harmful to the body so Im giving it a shot.

HCG
Hello people. My husband and I have spent weeks researching HCG before deciding it was worth trying for me to get past the final 15-20 pounds I want to lose. I began injections yesterday and admit that it certainly helped my hunger in the evening which is generally when I have issues. I cannot, will not discontinue working out so I am going to try to stay at or under 1000 calories a day and continue my Insanity/running work outs. I may lose more slowly than those on the 500 calorie "diet" BUT I am hoping it will be easier to maintain as I believe in making life style changes, not dieting. Any thoughts or personal experience with HCG?

Im very new to this but I know how you feel. Losing weight in another country isn't for sissies! I just came back to the states from the UAE last year and found that I gained weight going there and coming back! My husband is now in Afghanistan and I am working REALLY hard to look like the woman he married when he returns. I have great support from my hubby and small children and am happy to pass on the good karma! If you need to vent or complain or laugh or whatever, just drop me a line posterd3! You are doing GREAT, keep it up!!!
