Today my husband and I are going to try the intermittent diet where we will only eat in an eight hour window. So, we’ve decided to go from 12 noon to 8 PM as I do circuit training a couple days a week and don’t get home until after seven. I don’t wake up in the morning hungry, but by 1030 I couldn’t wait until lunchtime. I know it will take some time for my body to get used to the new change.
