Looking for Diet Buddies in 40s - 60s age range
I would like a buddie also. I am 55 and could stand to lose at least 20-30 lbs. I sit at a desk all day long. I Jazzercise twice a week. We have a treadmill at home and know I have to start getting back on it at least three times a week. I need someone to get me motivated.
