I'm a 33 year old mother of two. I've never been thin, but in shape except for the few extra pounds. No high blood pressure, cholesterol problems, etc thank God. I would have never thought I would see the numbers that are considered my weight now. I've always been active, but somewhere over these three years when life had it's super challenges I've gained major weight. I've always been health conscious, but go up and down with my weight which isn't healthy.
Previously, I lost 40 lbs in two months just by eating ever two to three hours, drinking only water, no fried foods (cooked at home), fruits, vegetables and by doing cardio. I learned not to deprive myself, but if I really wanted something to have a small portion and flush it out with water. Also, I didn't eat after 8pm. I usually lose pretty easily, but it's just being persistent and keeping it off. Since turning 30, it's gotten harder by the year. So here I am today starting anew, destined for a healthy life again.
