Transformation Tuesday. March 2020 and a couple of days ago. Both candid photographs. Size 24-26 to size 14. 316lbs to 199lbs. If I can do it, anyone can!!! We got this!!!!

Birthday celebration aftermath. I'm sure it's mostly water retention as I ate A LOT of stuff that I shouldn't have. Gluten and dairy are not my friends. Time to get back at it. 😁

Its my birthday!!! 40 years old and first time wearing a 2-piece bathing suit to the beach!! 21 months clean, 115lbs down and had a first date yesterday!!!!! Life is good!!!!!!
