Went to mom's and used her scale. 100% intuitive eating and I'm not going up! I've reintroduced small amounts of gluten here and there as well as processed sugar very sparingly. Still zero on the nightshade vegetables. I go out to eat and don't stress about the calories at all. Dare I say I'm being normal?!?!?😉

Quick Breakfast: half a cup of dry oatmeal made with one cup water and a capful of vanilla extract (no sugar,) half a banana smooshed in (for sweetness,) sprinkle of sliced almonds and dried cranberries.

Was gifted some duck eggs so 2 duck eggs, turkey bacon and some spinach for good measure cooked in avocado oil. 2 corn tortillas because, why not? All the yums!!!!

Surprised that with everything that's going on in my life I've been able to maintain. i will probably kick it into weight lots mode in a couple of weeks. Been staying off the scale but went to visit mom and figured, why not.

Non-scale victory: Went for my first mammogram. I got in a regular gown and they used a regular cuff for blood pressure.
