WOW Those Swiss Chalet Fries are expensive!! - RDI wise... I used to eat those all the time without even a second thought - even two servings. This is why it is hard to blame my weight now on my meds or thyroid. Yes my meds were the reason I gained 100 pounds in 9 months but the bad habits learned from being drugged and sad have poured over into a time where I could have been much healthier. This weight is truly my doing. Anyways that was a bit philosophical over some french fries but there ya go :) It's nice to have a treat but honestly they hurt my stomach to eat now - not used to grease!

Survived the first bbq of the season.... Very proud of myself. There was pop - and I was offered it many times - but I stayed to my no pop rule! Skipped the birthday cake and even the buns for my bbq meat. I could have eaten so many more calories than I did. The chips got me for a minute!! Haven't had chips in a long time... but oh well it could have been worse and I managed to stop after a handful!

1 week with no pop!!!! And I was a MAJOR addict - 2 litres a day. It helped with my low sugar BUT since I stopped - although the week was hard - I now feel better and am not having the low sugar headaches!
