Tough week at work. Got home at 8pm or later each night. No real exercise this week.

I have been dieting and exercising diligently now for seven days. This is my first day as a Fatstreet user.
Today I have eaten the following:
2 scrambled eggs cooked in PAM
1 serving of oatmeal with maple & brown sugar flavoring and real blueberries
1 EAS Protein shake
1 Portabella mushroom sauted with peppers and onions in balsamic vinegar.
1 Skinny Cow chocolate ice cream bar.
I worked out for one hour - 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of weight training.
My big challenge is to keep up this good work while maintaining my usually very hectic schedule. But, I've decided this is what I have to do to fit back into my size 6 clothes. :-)
