Good Morning! I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas.
I survived with maintaining this week, which was the goal. I had 4 Christmas Parties and TOM came to visit on Christmas Eve. So I am very happy to have maintained.
Now it is back to work on this weight loss! I am so excited I got a Yoga mat for Christmas! I am going to go use it in just a bit!

I LOST 3.4lbs This week! YAY!!! I am so excited.
Now I just have to at least MAINTAIN this next week as I have 4 Christmas Party's before I weigh in again, tonight, Saturday, Christmas Eve, & Christmas morning.
Plus Santa is not the only person comeing on Christmas Eve, I should also get a visit from TOM! Sooooo.... Maintenance is my goal for the coming week.
I start the sit up and crunch challenge today! Bring it on Abs and Arms!

Oooo! My Scales show a
143.2
this morning. But I don't weigh in until Friday! I want so bad to record the weight right now! LOL! But, maybe by Friday it will be even less! (CROSSING MY FINGERS)!

Kind of a weird week for me. I am off my game a bit. But I did lose weight!!! Just need to get my mind settled a bit and stop worrying about things I can't control.
