Not much to say. Another cold day. Been in near the heater all day. Just know if I miss even one day of journaling, it will break me. My son brought me a BBQ sandwich - I looked really hard at it, thinking maybe one bun won't hurt. Then I decided, NO! I grabbed a fork and ate the goodie out and gave the bun to the birds or chipmunks or what ever else came to eat it.

you'll have to excuse me while I'm trying to learn the phone app. I got my new coffee maker today so I can throw that coffee back in on my diet 😜

Rough evening yesterday. Began having pains in left shoulder and between my shoulder blades. Doc always screems HEART ATTACK, but I've been thru it eough to know it is my liver. Ordered me a salad with grilled chicken. It was so huge- I could only eat about a cup of the greens and think about half the chicken. Feeling better this morning. I didn't even have to get the antibiotics this time.

Frozen toes n nose this morning. Why is it they are the first to get cold and the last to get warm? AND I think my friend is mad at me because I "dialed up" and rerouted the snow so it didn't fall on me ;) He wanted to be snowed in to stay home from work. That's a real thing in the south if only 2" fall!

Well it sure is nice for the temperature to drop from mid 80s to freezing overnight! Feels like that well digger's a** or that witches t*t! Feel pretty proud of myself this morning. My son brought me a breakfast burrito from our local deli/restaurant and I just ate the innards. Honestly took a bite of the tortilla, but it was horrible, thank goodness. No probs with that right now. Still craving chocolate though. I guess I might need to look into getter some really bitter chocolate or make some of my Keto Kandy. Will hold off as long as possible.
