Okay, I think my scales were wrong yesterday. Still 158.8lbs.
Haven't moved either up or down since 18 October, 5 days, I'm freaking out officially now. I really need to be 156 or less by Monday to meet my target.
I have 3 days to drop at least 2lbs, WHAT IS HAPPENING. If nothing changes by tomorrow I'll have to do a water fast for a day or 2 and clear the system out. Ugh.
Today: increased water intake (if that is possible, I already drink 3 litres a day), will do 90 minutes of cardio instead of 30 before going to bed. Think my body is having a bit of a meltdown from dropping almost 16lbs in 7 weeks. Come on body please cooperate, I can't not see a loss again tomorrow.

I seem to be losing every 3 days at the moment, still 158.8lbs today, third day.
I hope to drop tomorrow! 1lb will be great, 2lbs will make me ridiculously happy!
Haven't been great with chocolate and sodium etc but have never gone over my calorie allowance so should be fine.
Praying for a drop tomorrow!

Today is a good day! Officially in the 50's again! YAAAAY!
I started this a long time ago, August 2012 at 202lbs. I lost weight, put it back on, lost it again, put it back on - I think weight is something I'm always going to be struggling with for the rest of my life, I've accepted that now.
Being in the 170's last month really got to me, it was the closest I'd gotten to being over 200lbs in a long time and it scared me.
Today I weighed in at 158.8lbs :) FINALLY back in the 150's, never to see the 60''s again. YES!
