Stall Help!
The scales are not moving. I was 157lbs for a day, then went back up to 158 and they haven't moved since.

I cut my intake to ridiculously low for 2 days, nothing happened. I increased my exercise, nothing happened. For the last 3 days I have been eating EVERYTHING, really really bad junk food I don't normally eat: chocolate, cake, nutella, curry, chips and didn't exercise at all - nothing happened. I'm not moving up or down regardless of what I do.

My water intake is roughly the same every day, 3 to 4 litres. My exercise for the week averages out at 500cals burned each day, I burn 3500 calories a week normally (not this week because I haven't worked out for the last 3 days).

I will say, I have a pretty bad tooth infection and am on antibiotics, I don't know if that would have an effect at all? This is the main reason why I haven't exercised, because I'm feeling pretty weak at the moment.

Just feeling so down about this :( I really wanted to be 154 by 1 November. Feel like I've just wasted an entire week being trapped at 158.

FINALLY the scales moved.
That's a loss of 16.4lbs in 8 weeks.
They took 6 days to drop this time but they did eventually, hoping for another pound by Monday. Should be okay if I'm really good over the weekend, I know my body can do it, it just needs to cooperate!

I will admit, I weigh everyday. That's just the way I am and I can't help it. I've tried putting the scales away etc but it just makes me super anxious and more likely to mess up if I don't have access to them whenever I need them so the 6 days of them not even shifting an oz was painful, but I knew they had to move eventually.

I had a feeling that maybe after 8 solid weeks of being a saint my body got a little too comfortable. I also need sleep in order to lose weight and I haven't really been getting any. I tend to hit a 'mini plateau' every 10lbs or so, managed to get to 15 this time before it came around.

Yesterday I was super careful. I increased my calorie intake to 2000 and I was really quite uncomfortable by mid afternoon. I increased my water intake to 4 litres instead of my normal 3 and I jumped up the cardio from 30 minutes to 120 minutes burning 1500 calories + my daily brisk walk that burns around 200. I really don't like feeling full and bloated so managed to increase my intake by adding nuts and fatty meat instead, still small but packed with calories - which was nice! I can't normally eat nuts as they make me stall big time. I also had a solid 8.5hrs sleep for the first time in ages. This is what I normally do when I hit a 'mini plateau' i.e. when the scale doesn't move for a week or so.

This morning, the scale moved :) Back to my normal calorie intake, I think I managed to shock my body enough to let go of whatever it was holding on to..I hope!
