another little loss looking at an overall 'loss' of almost 4lbs this week! that makes me feel extremely good and a lot more likely to carry on feeling motivated!
re joined my uni gym yesterday despite not really being able to afford it :P went for a little while but didn't work out as hard as i am used to, mainly because i have to re build my stamina but also because i was there with a friend who has previously suffered from anorexia and i was helping keep her out of the 'zone' she sometimes gets into where she wants to push herself way too hard, it was so strange because to me she has the perfect body (she's healthy now so a normal shape) but to her shes disgusting when it came time to take a shower (only communal ones apparently :/) both of us had a little difficulty with the idea of being naked and exposed infront of the whole changing room filled with beautiful fit norwegian girls! even though in my mind she is on of the beautiful fit norwegian girls, got to rush now we are going swimming! i haven't been in some time so this should be interesting!

would like to ideally lose a little more this week but not sure it is all that possible with a trip to the cinema later and a cheap beer night tomorrow oh well we shall see!
