I live Derbyshire, UK. I have been overweight since school, my highest weight was in 2003 at 215 lbs, currently 185 starting this.
I work nights in a control room environment so a lot of sitting around. I have an interest in canals and waterways from narrow-boating to helping with restoration or just walking the dog along the tow path. I'm on the commuter too much though, flight sim, facebook, canal forums and browsing.

Walking the dog and taking the cycle out now and again is all the exercise I do at the moment.
