I have totally sabotaged myself. I will not beat myself up but am smart enough to know,I'm not really ready in my head to to this. Company this weekend again, will re-start Monday with a stronger effort and determination to succeed.

Bad start yesterday totally went off. Out all day to Clinic for yearly checkover thankfully everythings good so far.
Don't know how I'm going to do this because I can't have high fats intake re cholesterol issues etc. Hope I find help on the net or somewhere to help.

I must re evaluate my dieting preferences as I require low cholesterol low fat low carb diet if there is such a thing. The only thing that helped me was low carb eating but I cannot have high amounts of fat or red meats etc.
I have been away from Fat Secrete for 2 years due to health isssues. Glad to say all is o.k. so far and hope it stays that way.
