Well I am back and as fat as ever! I had a rough semester - a tired semester - and ended up gaining about 5 lbs. I will have to weigh myself later and start anew. I am looking to join a gym - which used to go against everything I believe in. But desperate times calls for desperate measures. I sure as hell know that I am not exercising in this frigid weather. I don't expect to lose much during my break off, but I hope I can get back into the swing of healthy living and maybe lose A pound. I am starting today, December 17th, my first day of winter break. Already started off kind of bad. But dat's life. I want to designate Fridays as somewhat 'off' days anyway. I think I will only drink diet cola on these days, at least.

I figured out what my next 'goal of the month' will be. Starting September 1, I will have to eat a portion of fruit once per day. This is going to be a toughie for me! But oh so very neccessary.
Last week before school starts. It'd be nice to get down to 140 :)
Today: 20 minutes of Richard Simoons Party Your Pants Off (and proud of it!), all toning.
