Started diet Monday after eating breakfast and a donut, then watching a video in which I saw myself. Grossed out, ran up and weighed in with clothes on Monday at 222.4lbs. Next morning I weighed in w/o clothes at 213.6. Then today I was 212.6. No real hunger pains yesterday. Ate 1/2 normal or less. Today, voracious at dinner, but kept it in bounds. Orange, two muffins, two bowls of fresh veggie soup. Glass wine, 1/2 cookie.
