Just working out and watching what I eat. Eating small meals (snacks) throughout the day and I never feel like I am starving. No matter how tired I am I kick my butt to go and work out. My husband is a great motivator.

Really around the holidays seems like the worst time to go on a diet. So far there are no pressures but I know they will be coming soon. It is called Thanksgiving/Christmas. Gotta be strong.
Maybe I wont have a problem turning down all the delicious food. I think I am going to just stick with smaller portions like I am doing now. It seems to be working for me.
Today was not to difficult because I was really busy at work and didn't really have time to eat junk. I made time to eat toward the end of the night. I did also have a quick snack during the day. I am not trying to starve myself but sometimes work can get hectic. That is why I bring a granola bar as a snack. Quick and easy.

Eight more pounds to go. Really need to set time aside to work out. Suppose I should do that now instead of sitting on my butt.

Worked all day. I plan on getting up in the morning an going to the gym. Then I plan to go tan. Plan, plan, plan. I just have to make sure there is follow through.
I do walk around at work all day. I wonder if that counts as exercise. I might just start doing some butt crunches while I am siting down working the computer. People at work may look at me funny. Oh well. I will have buns of steel.
Right now I am dyeing my hair. It is in super need of a makeover. My super cool friend and I have an hair appt. for cuts Friday morning. Looking forward to a new do. I think when I pay a little more attention to the way I look it will boost my self control for the diet. Can't wait.
