Should I, or shouldn't I.... it is my Birthday after all....
Heres the thing. I have been really good for this entire month and I think it should be okay to indulge at least one meal (your absolute favorite meal) on your birthday....
Heres the other thing...I was entering in all the food I would be eating at the Bamboo Chinese Restaurant (from their buffet) and I am totally discusted with how much I will intake just at lunch.
I did great for breakfast and will do fine for dinner...but knowing what will come for lunch, should I or shouldn't I. I want to enjoy my birthday and my friend wanted to treat me as a last minute surprise to what was my most favorite place...(now I know how I gained so much). And I already agreed.
What to do....

I think I am going to make it after all. :) Head is starting to clear. The cough is a little more difficult to shake, but all and all I am on the mend. Whew!!! Maybe Body Attack helped after all.
I so want to kick the rest of this weight, but it is so hard. So to add some extra incentive and to make me want to prove to myself...I am going to log my measurements here on my journal. Can we say brave....Its bad enough I have to put my weight on here for people to see. But here it goes.
My plan will be to do more measurements at least once if not ever other week. So on those particular troublesome weeks where they weight may have slowed down, my hope is that maybe I lost in inches instead.
For those that read this journal, I triple dog dare you to follow my lead and do the same... ;)
Neck: 12.5
Upper Arms: 13
Upper Thigh: 24
Waist: 37.5
Hips: 42
Chest: 38
Bust: 43
Can't wait to bring those numbers down.

Still feeling like pond scum..and missing my work out this morning made it worse. I do plan on getting up tomorrow for Body Attack. Maybe this will help attack the crud and help me work IT out. (LOL) Good news I lost another pound. NO that is not a lot compared to my goal but hey, one day at a time.

I am soooo sick. Its hard to focus on the right things when all you want is the wrong thing...to help you feel better.
Most medicines that work, have way to much sugar. But I have my sugar free cough drops, my vicks rub, and will try the diebetic formula (no sugar) medicine to see if that will help. Worse scenario - I will just have the hubby get the hammer, and knock me out for good couple of hours.
