So its been loonnggg, mostly because of my hectic schedule in college, i have been getting 3 meals in though, which is an improvement, but exercice is hard to come by because of time restraint. My morning, i have a bowl of oat-bites with some cold milk and go off to college, afternoon is mostly indian vegetarian - chappathi and pulses mostly. And then after a long day of college, one hot cup of coffee with a 1/4 teaspoon of sugar. Dinners at mostly fruit or a chicken or egg sandwich (not always its my sunday pleasure ;) ) Still, i dont find myself losing weight. what can i do?!

DAY 1
So I begin a journey. It when i started craving fried chicken and settled myself eating 2 fried eggs with bread and then 4 pieces of bread with a generous helping of cheese that i realized this isn't the way i am going to meet my goal.
I am a dental student in India studying in one of the small village-town areas. This place is Davengere and small state in Karnataka, South of India. What can I say about this area other than PIGS - PIGS - PIGS! The place is crawling with them, that and of course, visitors are always greeted by the humid air and blood sucking mosquitoes. I dreaded the place as soon as I set foot here. Its been 2 years, and still its not getting any better, with the terrible food given by the hostel, i found myself eating out more than i should have and being a student with loads to study and little time to devote to health and diet, i began to find myself and my body at constant war.
But this is the last time, I have decided to stick to my diet plan and lose weight, cause who needs a doctor who is sick and unhealthy? Aesop once said "Physician, heal thyself!" , throwing caution to the wind, i plan to! :) ;)

BREAKFAST
2 fried eggs with milk bread

LUNCH
4 pieces of milk bread
2 pieces of cheese
EVENING
1 cup of coffee(milk and sugar)
DINNER
1 apple
1 cup green tea
