So its been loonnggg, mostly because of my hectic schedule in college, i have been getting 3 meals in though, which is an improvement, but exercice is hard to come by because of time restraint. My morning, i have a bowl of oat-bites with some cold milk and go off to college, afternoon is mostly indian vegetarian - chappathi and pulses mostly. And then after a long day of college, one hot cup of coffee with a 1/4 teaspoon of sugar. Dinners at mostly fruit or a chicken or egg sandwich (not always its my sunday pleasure ;) ) Still, i dont find myself losing weight. what can i do?!
123.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
