I'm a divorced, working mom with three children...two girls (12 & 9) and my lil guy (4).
I have been on and off diets since I can remember.
My clothes aren't fitting right at all, so I know it's time...again.
I plan to do portion control, low carb, track calories in/calories out, and get to the gym at least 3 times a week.
Oh and there is that water consumption thing too. :-/
