Hello everyone, Well I been having a busy week.. We haven't been home much so we been eating out and haven't exercise either unless you count walking. We been running around so much I am so happy to be home finally. All weekend I just relax and laid around enjoying being home. Last week hubby had doctor appt and blood work and other test. Then the kid had eye doctors appts and dentist appt. It was appt on top of appt you know. The kids started school on the 14th and so far they love it. My daughter Breanna says she has a crush on her teacher already. She said he a hottie. Kids you know. My middle schooler school went to uniforms so we had to go out and get him some uniforms. Navy shorts and Navy pants and Grey polo shirts and solid color sneakers which wasn't easy to find in high tops. But other wise everything is going good. As for me and hubby we still trying and hoping for the best. as for the weather well it been so hot here that we hitting 100's still. I ended up gaining weight again but other then that just have to try harder you know. I won't beat myself up over it. Just have to get back on track and do better. Hope all is well with everyone.

Tracking is the best way to go and to keep track of what you eating. I to have a habit of tracking for a while then I try to eye ball it and I always miss judge my portions. My main problem is I am never hungry first thing in the mornings so I just end up having a yogurt and coffee for breakfast. I just don't know why that is just how I am. Have anyone ever tried the Greek yogurt from Dannon light and fit. They are so good and only 80 calories to.

Hi Well this I mess up on my eating plan as it was our anniversary on the 5th. We made it to see 14 years and I hope to see many more years to come. All week I been eating badly. Hubby took me out for dinner as I had ribs and fries and coleslaw and 2 pina colada drinks one night and another night I had pasta with sausage and garlic bread and another night pasta with meatballs and biscuits. Then I been drinking wine almost every night too. I am sure I gained weight this week. I hate to see the scale on Monday morning. But I must say I had a lot of fun this week. So I won’t beat myself up just restart fresh and go from there. I am focus on changing one thing at a time. I will set mini goals and go from there.
We got a call on Monday to come by the School dist and pick up backpacks for the kids this morning so hubby went and would you believe they are really nice backpacks and they filled with school supplies too. So hubby said return the backpacks that we got them and save the supplies for later as they can always use more. So the kids are set for school now. Well I will close for now as I have a bunch of stuff to do today. Hope everyone is doing well.

Morning Everyone,

Well it been a rough week here but I am just taking one day at a time. Took the kids school shopping for supplies as school starts up on the 14th of Aug. I can't believe summer vacation is almost over. They got an outfit each and new sneakers and backpack filled with supplies. Then my one son who in middle school we got a letter in the mail that his school went to uniform so we had to go out and buy navy pants,navy shorts and gray polo shirts. I really don't understand why school is starting on a Thursday. The kids are only going for two days then off for the weekend I swear it crazy how they have the school setup now days.
Some how I lost weight and I haven't even been watching what I eat. It funny I eat what ever and I lose but if I dont eat then I gained. It funny how the body works you know.
