after a month of trying to ruin the last year of hard work I getting back in this. I have to. I am finding new motovation in a fun photo shoot, bikini weather and the fact that my close are getting tighter. I went back to the gym today and had egg whites and grapes for breakfast. WISH ME LUCK!

I have been very bad. What more can I say. AND I can not afford the gym right now. I need to start work out with out the gym TODAY.

I just got back from a long vacation which caused me to gain a lot more then I thought. So I am back at 20 pounds to go. I can do this though!

i am not keeping up with this like I should be and my diet is poor. However I have been working out like it is going out of style. Seems to be paying off
