I have let work continue to ruin my diet and work out plans. But today I start my mentoring or a kid in need of diet help and I am sure it will help me too.

I have been stressed out the past few weeks. Between work and home it has been out of control so I have let my "me" program suffer. My hubby thinks that is making it worst that I am not working out so I am getting back in this full speed. Zumba today! :)

Damage Report Not good. I ate alot of sugar and drank way to much. It was very fun though. I have to be on diet mode going foward though. Considering I did not make it to the gym this morning I seems I need a swift kick in the butt. More bad news- My hubby let alll the milk products run out while I was gone so there is no cream for my coffee. :(
