I am just ashamed to say that I have not followed my diet at all since last week. Everyday I get up saying okay today is the day.....then it goes to you no where. I am very disappointed in myself. I seem to have had so much restraint where as now I seem to have none. I don't know how to get back motivated. I know I am unhappy about my weight gain and I don't like it and I don't like the way I feel in my clothes. You would think that would be enough motivation, but for some reason it just does not seem enough.
How do you get back on track, how do you find the right kind of motivation? The unanswered questions, that go through my mind on a daily basis.....I just can't believe that I have allowed myself to not care and that is not me at all! I am just so disappointed!

I have actually been doing pretty good this week. I have also started going back to curves which is helping alot I think. Just going to try and take it one day at a time!

Good Afternoon! I have/had been doing Atkin's but I just can't seem to get motivated to do it. Its like I have one blow up and there it goes and I will eat whatever I want. I need to find a "lifestyle" change that will allow me to lose the 15 pounds that I want, to learn to eat healthy and to have a variety of foods. I have heard great things about weight watchers and have some of the information already. So, I am hoping to give this a try. It does seem like this past year has been horrible for me as far as weight goes. Not that I have gained that much (10 pounds) and my mother is insisted that it is the "middle age spread", but I just don't want to hear that. So, I have switched to the other side. Hope you guys don't mind.
