I am up a pound. First time I've gone up in week. Weird since my daily intake has stayed below 1500 and in recent days 1200. The past few days I did feel "shrunken" and "depleted". Even though I'm up a single pound, my muscles feel fuller. I don't know what all of this means. No matter, I will continue to eat 1500 or fewer caloires a day, exercise at least once a day for 90 days and see where all this takes me. Stay the course!
