Walked jogged on Treadmill, did my push up got up to 70 so far so good on my food, ate all my 49 wp's on Friday so have to take it easy till this Friday, hope all goes well.

was very lazy today didn't exercise, did push ups though up to 70 still findling them very hard. Have to keep on thinking positive I can do this I will lose this weight.

I was good this week but I didn't lose any weight feel sad about that, but I stayed the same so that was better then putting on I just like to see a weight lose even if its just little. Will keep going and want give up I did all my challengers so I did good there.

did my 2mile challenge next week is 3miles i should be able to do that as some days I have done 4. Haven't done my push ups today might do them late. Have to stick to my 29 points have done well this week I weigh in tomorrow so I hope I have lost some weight.

Felt really bad for not exercising today so I went on the Treadmil for 1hr tonight after dinner, feel so much better did my 2mile challeng.
