third week in a row I stayed the same, this week I didn't do well at all with my food and everything, will haveto be better from today on, so far today I ate my 29wwpoints and did 10,000 steps so I'm back into it I want to keep it up I really want to lose this weight and become a life time member at WW.

feel really unmotivated these last few days, have tried counting calories but because I have never done it before am finding it hard, I have only ever done WW points, I really feel i have puton this week the last two weeks I've stay the same, I will see how I go but I think I should go back to counting points I feel really angry with myself as I never seem to stick to the diets and I really want to do it this time I want to become a life member in WW. I will have to have a good talking to myself. Didn't even exercise today or yesterday.

could of done better this week stayed the same again that is 2weeks in a row, I might start counting calories instead go points this week will be a challenge as I have never counted calories before only points.

Did ok this week, not looking forward to weighing tomorrow as I think I could of done better with my food, sometimes I think I don't eat enough do try and get my 29points in have to becareful on Fridays.

Did well today, I fell of the wagon yesterday and went way over my points, I don't think I am doing the challenge very good this week. Every day seems so much harder I really want to get to Goal weight and become a life member for WW, I have to keep telling myself I can do this.
