Took a few weeks off to vacation and get a few things done. Lot's happening, but I'm happy to say I didn't gain any weight. Unfortunately, I haven't lost anything either. So I'm restarting the low carb diet again today. I'm also starting an exercise regimen tomorrow too. I think between the two, I should be able to drop 10 pounds by Labor Day. My goal is to get as close to 280 or under as possible and lock it down. In other words, if I plateau, it's fine for a few weeks. But then I need to take off the next 10 by Columbus Day. Getting under 270 would be awesome and making it to 250 by end of the year would be the best. That would mark 80 pounds in a year. Wish me luck!
